The Airborne Toxic Event

One of my all time favorite bands is hands down The Airborne Toxic Event, and I was fortunate enough to get to see them here in London in a very intimate venue. The performance that they gave was easily the best live music performance I have ever been too, which is saying a lot. The thing that amazed me the most was the emotional way that the lead singer sung his lyrics. All of the songs he has written are true events that happened to him, and when he was performing it was as if all the shit that happened to him had happened that day, and he was releasing all the painful emotions from it that night. We were lucky enough to be in the front a mere two feet away from the band so I could see the pain on his face and I find it very admirable that he allows himself to get to that point assumedly during every show.  They are a real band singing about real stuff not your everyday pop group that I always loved to listen too, and now every time I listen to their album I re live the wonderful experience of watching them perform live in London, a memory I will cherish forever!
